1 year ago you slipped away, peaceful at last and for all of us the only positive was that you were no longer suffering.

You were scared and your final days were not ones I like to think of.

I prefer to remember you enjoying your last family day out at the beach and our last cuppa sat with the sun on your face.

Our family carries on wirh life as you would want but everything is just that little bit tainted. 

We talk of you often, when eating something you loved or shopping when we see something that would have looked great on you. 

I hope wherever you are that you are enjoying whatever comes next and look forward to the next time we meet............ xxxx
